As you've probably noticed, we had some significant downtime (about 3 hours) across all of our sites this afternoon. This is as annoying to us as it is to you, so we apologize for the inconvenience -- especially as it relates to billQ since it is the end of the month, and that's prime bill management time.

This type of downtime is something we plan on addressing as we move forward with the development of billQ. Any downtime and overall sluggishness is unacceptable, so we'll have more information on what we're doing about it in the near future.

Speaking of updates, we plan on launching a new version of our site and blog very soon. I know it has been somewhat quiet around here, but there is a reason. Later in the week we'll post a sneak peak of the new layout and some of the features we've developed. Stay tuned.
