Can I send a Request for Proposal?
If you really like paperwork that much, then yes, you can. But we find it is better to just talk the problem through. No need to create more work, especially for something that will most likely be obsolete by the time the project starts. But any additional details concerning your project are helpful (such as timeline, budget, major challenges, and desired outcome).

Do you work with clients outside of your regional area?
Yes. We work with clients both nationally and locally. We can set up a face-to-face meeting, we can talk over the phone, or we can use email; whatever is most practical and convenient.

Do you provide contact information for previous clients?
Yes. We can talk about ourselves until we are blue in the face, but you would probably like to hear it from the people who have actually worked with us. We would be happy to put you in contact with our previous clients.

Will you host my website?
Although we don't provide hosting in-house, we do have plenty of experience dealing with hosting companies. And we know dealing with hosting can sometimes be overwhelming, so we can sit down with you and determine exactly what best suits your needs and point you in the right direction.

Do you offer copy-writing services?
No, we do not specialize in copy-writing, but we do feel that it is a very important part of the process. Because of this we can provide guidelines to help you get the best results from your copywriter and ensure clear communication throughout your web site.

Will you help with content gathering?
For the project to run quickly and smoothly we will provide guidelines for what content you need, but we rely on you, as the expert on your business, to come up with the appropriate materials.

When developing a website what technologies do you use?

Do you work with blogs, wikis, message boards, etc. ?
Yes, these tools can add value to a web site. If your project would benefit from one or more of these tools, we will work with you to determine when they are appropriate and then integrate them into your site.

Can you develop an e-commerce site for my company?
We do not develop our own e-commerce software or maintain third-party software (such as a Yahoo Store, etc.). We can however, recommend the most appropriate software for your specific project or ensure that your current store facilitates a pleasant shopping experience for your customers.
